Pay Attention To:

      1. The best way to get rid of the extra pounds put on during self-quarantine: move more, eat less.   Keep it simple.
      2. Getting outside for a walk or run can be an easy way to stay physically fit and mentally fit.
      3. Self-care is not selfish. It can actually be selfless because you can’t give to someone else what you can’t give to yourself.
      4. Be aware of mindless eating.  It’s too easy to down a bag od chips when you are watching TV or surfing social media.
      5. D. Fish talks about giving yourself a goal of cutting out anything for a month (a tip he learned from B3 bartender/announcer Colette D’Antona).
      6. The trick to a good “diet”- pick something that you can commit to for the long-term.  Sustainability is key.
      7. Don’t you wish all fitness trainers would give you chocolate once in a while… 😉

The Art of Conversation is Back in Business

Do you love a good conversation with a smart person who is doing interesting things?

It's fun. It's invigorating. And for me, I find my best personal insights come from hearing what the other person is working on.

I write and speak extensively about professional networking, and I think that most of us forget that all of our relationships are at their core...a collection of conversations.

So join me as I chat with my favorite authors, entrepreneurs, artists, salespeople, and executives to find out what they're working on and thinking about these days.

Whether it's their favorite craft beer or the lesson they learned while starting their business, it's always interesting and always entertaining. Grab a glass and join us!
